Buganvilla Country House, a true gem that has captivated the hearts of Francis and Celina. This idyllic rural house offers an unparalleled experience, where spectacular views blend with a dreamy house and a beautiful pool, creating the perfect setting for your getaway.
This cozy rural house allows you to enjoy the surroundings with beautiful views and numerous areas designed for rest and relaxation. The house features two spacious bedrooms: the master bedroom with a 1.35m double bed and another with two 1.05m single beds. The living-dining room is a welcoming space with a fireplace and air conditioning for your comfort. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped, and a complete bathroom completes the interior amenities.
Outside, Buganvilla Rural House provides you with a covered terrace with a table, chairs, and a seating area with two comfortable sofas to enjoy outdoor meals in a sheltered environment. The barbecue is strategically located on this terrace, making it the perfect place to indulge in an outdoor grill. The property also features its own private pool, equipped with sun loungers for enjoying the sun and tranquility. The plot where Buganvilla Rural House is located is fully fenced, providing an extra level of privacy and security.
For your convenience, bed linens, towels, and complete kitchenware are included. The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, and electric juicer. You will also find a 32" TV, radio-CD, and garden furniture.

Unbeatable stay at Casa Buganvilla

We are a family with two children, ages 10 and 7. We had an unbeatable weekend at Casa Buganvilla. The house is in an idyllic location, it lacks no detail, and the owner's treatment has been fantastic (everything has been easy: for the check-in and check-out times, in providing guidance on the routes we could take). In this case, reality is much better than the advertisement. In short, it is one of the best Country Houses we have ever been to.

Cancellation Policy Buganvilla Country House
Once the reservation is confirmed, the following stipulations will apply:
Refund of the Advance Payment
If the cancellation of your reservation occurs more than 60 days before the arrival date, the advance payment will be refunded.
If the cancellation of your reservation occurs between 59 days and 30 days prior to the arrival date, the advance payment will not be refunded but will remain as a deposit for your next reservation.
Reservation Fee for Cancellation
If the cancellation of your reservation occurs between 29 days and 15 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If the cancellation of your reservation occurs within the 14 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Upon your arrival, you should inspect the house, its facilities, and the surroundings to ensure that everything is in order and functioning correctly. If you notice any damage, deterioration, or malfunction of the house's facilities, you should inform the property as soon as possible so that the reported issues can be addressed.
Once you are settled in the house, no refunds will be provided, even if your stay is cut short.
Charges for Damages, Misuse, or Negligence
If there is any damage, malfunction, or missing items, etc., you should inform the property as soon as possible.
If, upon check-out, any damage is observed as a result of misuse or negligence by the customers to any of the house's facilities, its belongings, gardens, pool, etc., it will be assessed, and the cost will be deducted from the previously deposited security deposit or charged to your credit card, which you have expressly authorized for such charges in case of breakage or damage caused by the customer.
Cancellation Due to Unauthorized Visitors
Visitors are not allowed during your stay. If there are more people, adults or children, present during your stay than the number you had informed the property about when making your reservation, it will be grounds for cancellation of your reservation. The property reserves the right to cancel the reservation, and the guests must vacate the house as soon as possible, without any right to compensation.

We accept a maximum of 3 pets per house and reservation.
Pet Stay: 15.00 euros per pet per night.

If there is any damage caused by the pet or excessive dirt, the damage will be assessed, and it will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to your associated credit card.

We offer you high-quality firewood and charcoal for your stay.
Firewood for fireplace (40 to 50 kilograms): 20.00 euros per load*.
Charcoal for barbecue: 5.00 euros per bag.
