La Atalaya Country House has three bedrooms, including one with a double bed measuring 1.50m and another with two single beds measuring 1.05m each. A third bedroom on the ground floor offers comfort and accessibility. Furthermore, we have two full bathrooms, one on each floor, to ensure your comfort and privacy.
Our Country House offers an unparalleled outdoor experience. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool exclusively for our La Atalaya Country House guests. We also invite you to take advantage of our barbecue area to create unforgettable moments while cooking outdoors. We have had a great week. Casa La Atalaya had all the comforts and amenities you could ask for. The landscape was fantastic, a marvel, and words are not enough to describe the wonderful week we had at the accommodation, the house, and the tranquility. It must be repeated. As for Rafa, he is a super friendly and pleasant person, and we didn't lack any detail from him. We will repeat!

Cancellation Policy La Atalaya Country House
Once the reservation is confirmed, the following stipulations will apply:
Refund of the Advance Payment
If the cancellation of your reservation occurs more than 60 days before the arrival date, the advance payment will be refunded.
If the cancellation of your reservation occurs between 59 days and 30 days prior to the arrival date, the advance payment will not be refunded but will remain as a deposit for your next reservation.
Reservation Fee for Cancellation
If the cancellation of your reservation occurs between 29 days and 15 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If the cancellation of your reservation occurs within the 14 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Upon your arrival, you should inspect the house, its facilities, and the surroundings to ensure that everything is in order and functioning correctly. If you notice any damage, deterioration, or malfunction of the house's facilities, you should inform the property as soon as possible so that the reported issues can be addressed.
Once you are settled in the house, no refunds will be provided, even if your stay is cut short.
Charges for Damages, Misuse, or Negligence
If there is any damage, malfunction, or missing items, etc., you should inform the property as soon as possible.
If, upon check-out, any damage is observed as a result of misuse or negligence by the customers to any of the house's facilities, its belongings, gardens, pool, etc., it will be assessed, and the cost will be deducted from the previously deposited security deposit or charged to your credit card, which you have expressly authorized for such charges in case of breakage or damage caused by the customer.
Cancellation Due to Unauthorized Visitors
Visitors are not allowed during your stay. If there are more people, adults or children, present during your stay than the number you had informed the property about when making your reservation, it will be grounds for cancellation of your reservation. The property reserves the right to cancel the reservation, and the guests must vacate the house as soon as possible, without any right to compensation.

We accept a maximum of 3 pets per house and reservation.
Pet Stay: 15.00 euros per pet per night.
